St. Michael the Archangel

Angel Prints & Note Cards

Hebrew “Who is like God!”

Over the centuries, St. Michael has been chosen by soldiers and armies, by cities and places, as their strong patron. He is invoked by those who must fight hard against powerful evil forces, even at the cost of life. Those engaged in law enforcement, those who must combat crime and strongly entrenched networks of evil, call upon St. Michael the Archangel.

Powerful forces we can hardly describe go about the world intent on destroying all that is good. They can appear overwhelming and cause great fear. Yet a force more powerful than all the combined forces of evil protects us. By God’s grace, the power of Jesus Christ is ours. And Michael and his angels are the army that wins the battle.

Prayer Card

Prayer to St. Michael:

Saint Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle;
be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray:
and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan and all the evil spirits
who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.

I would like to know if angels are involved in our dreams and more ways to make use of angels and how to stay close to them daily

    • Feldblume says:

Yes, angels are involved in our dreams and our daily life. For example remember Matthew 2:13 when the angel ‘appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Rise, take the child and his mother, flee to Egypt, and stay there until I tell you. Herod is going to search for the child to destroy him”.’ There are angels for every country and city. You need to read about St. Padre Pio, who knew his guardian angel. Also St. Gemma Galgani, who would have contests with her guardian angel on who could say the name of God more reverently.

    With thanks -Finlay

    • Feldblume says:

Hi Finlay, I first did a lot of praying. It was over a year from the first request for St. Michael. After I had drawn him, I kept thinking that he was very familiar and could not remember where I had seen him. Then I remembered a dream I had had when going through a difficult period. I remembered being surrounded by a band of 7′tall “hippies” in tie-dyed t-shirts and jeans. We traveled through all kinds of dangerous country, but they surrounded me and were always laughing and joking. When I go the the destination in the dream, they stopped and their leader came forward and said,”We are angels and I am Michael the Archangel. We were sent to take you safely to your destination.”

Wow! Thanks for the answers, in fact I love angels because I have learnt that they are helpful in our life & also when I think of them being like imaginary people. Once again thanks a lot.
