Juana Fernández Solar took the name of Teresa of Jesus of the Andes when she became a Carmelite nun in 1919.  She was the first Chilean and the first Carmelite outside of Europe to be canonized.  Her Feast Day is April 12th and her Discalced Carmelite feast is July 13th.
